For many expats and those repeat visitors to the city, Wongamat is the perfect location for them. It is far quieter than downtown Pattaya but still has a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. There are shop stunning modern condos in the area as well as luxury older properties that have stood the test of time. The beaches in Wongamat are far better than Pattaya beach, quieter and cleaner with beach bars available periodically along the path. Indeed, it is the beach that attracts many, so here are eight condos with direct beach access heading from the north to the south.

1. The Palm

The Palm is located at the far end of Naklua Soi 16 and is one of the more modern condos. It is a prime location with a small cove directly in front of the building making for easy access to the sands. The swimming pool and communal areas overlook the beach, making it a charming and relaxing place with 5-star facilities.

2. Silver Beach

Silver Beach is around 100 metres away from The Palm and is one of the older buildings in the area but is well maintained with each unit being considerably larger than what you would find elsewhere. The property has excellent security and access to and from the beach is guarded. Silver Beach has good facilities, including tennis courts, a gym, and a sauna.

3. Park Beach

Park Beach is the sister condo of Silver Beach and Sky Beach, which we will come on to, and is another older but elegant building. The property is well maintained and excellent facilities with access to the beach only available via keycard access. Several expats living in this building with a restaurant and the famous Leo’s Bar located in the condo.

4. Northpoint

Northpoint is situated midway along Naklua Soi 18 and is a modern luxury condo with first-class facilities. The units are all built to the highest standards and, as such, it is a building that is recommended to employees by many major international companies. Like The Palm, much of the communal area overlooks the beach which creates a relaxing environment.

5. The Zire

The Zire is located next door to Northpoint and is its younger sister condo and is of a similar standard. It has the same qualities in terms of units and facilities overlooking the beach but has the bonus of having The Glasshouse restaurant on its grounds.

6. Sky Beach

Sky Beach is situated next to The Zire and now approaching 30 years old but is still regarded as one of the most elegant condos in the area. The design of Sky Beach makes it stand out, and all the units are larger than in modern buildings. Inside you will find a small selection of shops and restaurants and access to the beach is through gates which are monitored by security.

7. Saranchol

Completing the quartet in this area is Saranchol, another older but stunning condo that for a long time held the accolade of being the best in Wongamat. This is an upmarket property with facilities and units to match. Access to the beach is via small gates which are guarded and have keycard access. Justifiably, the condo is very highly sorted after.

8. The Cove

The Cove is arguably now the best condo in Wongamat and has a unique scale-like design, meaning that all units enjoy unobstructed sea views. This really is the ultimate in luxury and home to Pattaya’s very own millionaire’s row! Beach access to another small cove is via a locked gate which is monitored at all times.
