In the last decade, Na Jomtien has become one of the most popular areas for those looking for beachfront or near beachfront villas. Naturally, these are all luxury properties for the more discerning of owners who perhaps appreciate the finer things in life. Na Jomtien is around 15 minutes drive from Central Pattaya, meaning that you never feel isolated. With some of the best beaches in the area, it is not hard to appreciate why it has grown in popularity.
1. Ocean Lane Pool Villas
Ocean Lane Pool Villas is an upmarket village in the heart of Na Jomtien. The properties have an Asian design but constructed to the highest western standards. A range of different villas are available, all of which have private swimming pools. Residents can use the facilities at the adjacent Palm Grove Resort which includes and international restaurant, bar, and spa facilities.
2. View Talay Marina
View Talay Marina is a well-established village on the seafront near to the popular Pinnacle Resort. As the name would suggest, it includes a marina and boat mooring facilities. The villas range in size from one-bedroom, condo-style homes to impressive six-bedroom family homes that offer the height of luxury. All properties are in a Thai Bali design.
3. Palm Grove Resort
Palm Grove is a resort-style village and designed with both expats and tourists in mind. The facilities and services available reflect that it a resort. It is partnered with Ocean Lane and offers residents ultimate tranquillity and relaxation. The properties are generally smaller and have a more western design than Ocean Lane, nevertheless, are of an excellent standard.
4. Nagawari Pool Villas
Nagawari is a relatively well-established village just 200 metres from the beach. All properties are designed in a modern western style and are constructed to a very high standard. Close by you will find some excellent restaurants and bars with Sukhumvit Road only being around 1km away. It is a popular village with expats who are working on the Eastern Seaboard.

Movenpick Pool Villas are in front of the Movenpick condo and 5-star hotel, close to Ocean Marina in Na Jomtien. Several different types of villas are available and residents, of course, have access to all the facilities within the hotel. The setting is perfect and relatively close to Phoenix Gold Golf Resort, the Floating Market, and Nong Nooch Botanical Gardens.
6. Jomtien Yacht Club
Jomtien Yacht Club is the height of luxury in Na Jomtien with boat mooring facilities and a marina. It is ideal for those who enjoy taking to the ocean and relaxing in peace and quiet. Although this is a very private location, restaurants, shops and other amenities are not far away. The village has a substantial expat population who all have similar interests.
7. Dharawadi Village
Dharawadi Village is an exclusive village with just 22 properties available and has an oceanfront setting. The houses are a Thai-Bali design and built to the highest specifications. The homes all come with private pools, and the communal facilities are excellent. Like with other villages in the area, restaurants, shops, and bars are all relatively close by for your added convenience.
8. Avant Garde Villas
Avant Garde Villas are located at the northern end of Na Jomtien, only 1.2km from Jomtien Beach. These modern villas in a Thai style are highly desirable, and all come with private swimming pools. Once again, the communal facilities are excellent and the highest in renowned for its community spirit. Several different sized properties are available.
