Villages in Pattaya Located Close to the City

When we think of inner-city living in Pattaya, we usually think about condos as it is easy to forget that there are plenty of great village in downtown Pattaya and Jomtien. If you prefer living in a house as opposed to a village, but would prefer to live west of Sukhumvit Road, you might want to consider one of these nine quality villages.

Baan Natcha

Baan Natcha is an exclusive village on the east side of Pattaya 3rd Road in North Pattaya. They have a wide selection of exclusive properties that are in a Thai Bali style, many of which have private swimming pools and well-manicured gardens. The village has landscaped gardens, a communal pool, and excellent security.

View Talay Villas

View Talay Villas is located at the start of Jomtien 2nd Road and has an array of exclusive pool villas which are extremely private. The village has some good communal facilities and is well situated for shops, restaurants, bars and Jomtien Beach.

Jomtien Park Villas

Jomtien Park Villas in on Thepprasit Soi 17 and is a superb village consisting of large, single-storey pool villas. The village is extremely private and has excellent communal facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness centre. Jomtien Beach is around a 15-minute walk away.

Majestic Residence

Majestic Residence is in Pratamnak and is a luxury development close to the Royal Varuna Yacht Club and Cosy Beach. The properties are all large and have private swimming pools in a tranquil location which makes it so desirable. The communal facilities include a pool and communal gardens. Pattaya and Jomtien are just a short drive away.

Palm Oasis

This modern and stylish village is a few hundred metres from Jomtien 2nd Road. The village comprises of small, one-bedroom bungalows to spacious five-bedroom family homes all of which have private swimming pools. The village is often used for short-term rentals which may be a factor in your decision making.

Royal Park Village

Royal Park Village is situated just off Thappraya Road, close to the junction with Thepprasit Road and is an older village comprising an eclectic mix of houses and features a communal swimming pool. Due to its location, this is something of a hidden gem.

Pattaya Lagoon

Pattaya Lagoon is located on Soi Kor Phai in South Pattaya and is again an older village but has a range of properties from small two-bedroom bungalows to large family properties. It is conveniently located for Pattaya and Jomtien with local amenities close by.

Chateau Dale Thabali

Chateau Dale Thabali can be found on Thappraya Road behind the more familiar Chateau Dale complex. The houses are all in a Thai Bali style but with a modern twist and have private swimming pools. All of the rooms are extremely spacious and are in a relaxed setting. Local amenities are close by including some excellent restaurants.

Avoca Gardens 1, 2 & 3

All the Avoca Gardens Villages are located in the Pratamnak area of the city, many of which boast private swimming pools. The houses range in size from smaller bungalows to expansive family homes, making them highly desirable. Once again, local amenities are close by.
