I had an excellent experience purchasing a villa in East Pattaya recently thanks to Alan Bolton Property Consultants. I was lucky that I had made contact with one of their staff, Lee Knights, who did so much to ensure that the purchase came to fruition. He collected me from my hotel on a Sunday morning as soon as I arrived in Pattaya and showed me villas in my chosen area .Within a few days I had signed the Purchase Contract and Lee had organised legal advice for me and had arranged for a company to deal with my retirement visa and had helped me open a Thai bank account. Because I didn’t know Pattaya well at that time, he drove me everywhere . He was incredibly helpful throughout and nothing seemed too much trouble.
