Pattaya has a vast selection of fantastic villages especially in East Pattaya, Huay Yai and Bang Saray areas. There are the usually villages that always standout such as the projects by Green Field Villas or the Baan Balina Villages. However, there are some excellent villages that often get overlooked or forgotten about, but are all superb communities in their own right. Here are just a few of the ones that you may want to check out.
North/Central Pattaya
Perhaps surprisingly, one of the least known developments is the Baan Natcha development close to 3rd Road between North Pattaya and Central Pattaya Roads. This is a relatively large, upmarket village in a perfect location, but one that often gets forgotten about.
Banglamung/North East Pattaya
One quality village located close to the sea is Sea Breeze Villa in the Banglamung area. It is ideal for commuters as it is not far from the entrance to the Highway 36, Laem Chabang or Sukhumvit Road. It is a good quality village that represents great value for money. Another development that often gets forgotten and is situated in a quiet location between Highways 7 and 36 is Rose Land and House. The village comprises of larger properties and has a largely rural setting.
Mabprachan
The Mabprachan area is undoubtedly one of the most popular areas of East Pattaya with several excellent villages in the area. If you go slightly away from the main roads in the area you will come to a selection of idyllic communities which are hidden away. Whispering Palms is located at Horseshoe Point and is a small secluded villages with some superbly built properties.
Slightly further back from the lake is Santa Maria Village, another smaller development which has a selection of large family homes. The village is perfect for executives as access to the Highways 7 and 36 is straightforward with Siam Country Club Golf Course also nearby. Just a short distance further away you will also find Uraiwan Grand Villa where you will find some excellent quality but perhaps more affordable homes. It is well located for Soi Khao Noi and Soi Khao Talo areas which are popular with many expats living in Pattaya.
South East Pattaya/Na Jomtien
Nirvana Pool Villas and Baan Suay Mai Ngam are both located between Soi 85 and Soi Chaiyapruek 2 in East Pattaya. They are both more established communities but have some excellent family homes available and are very conveniently located for Pattaya, Jomtien and the highways. As they are lesser known, they often represent excellent value for money while stilling having all the benefits of the other villages in the area.
Slightly further to the south in the Na Jomtien area, you will find the Mountain Village 1 and Mountain Village 2 projects. The properties are well built and have a modern design with the area being less populated than many other locations. As it is a little further out of the city, the properties represent superb value.
