There are some excellent villages in Pattaya; some are over a decade older, while others are relatively modern. The top villages certainly stand the test of time and can be found across the city. Here are some of the most recent options that have caused something of a stir since their launch in recent years.
1. The Plantation Estate
The Plantation Estates is another excellent development by Siam Development who brought us the Vineyard villages in the Mabprachan area. As the name may suggest, the Plantation Estate is close to the Plantation golf course at Siam Country Club. The properties are all constructed on large plots of land and have a spacious living area. Each house has a private swimming pool and is furnished to the highest possible standards.
2. Patta Elite
Patta Elite is located close to the prestigious Siam Royal View development in East Pattaya. Patta has a reputation for developing some stunning properties over the years, and indeed, Patta Elite is no different. Each of these well-designed villas has its own private swimming pool and have a modern single-storey design. Thanks to their excellent hillside location, each villa offers stunning views back across Pattaya and Jomtien. Central Pattaya can be reached in a matter of minutes as too, can Jomtien Beach making them incredibly desirable.
3. Horseshoe Point
Horseshoe Point is the oldest of the villages on our list but is still a hugely popular option. The village is located close to Siam Country Club, and Horseshoe Point has a wide selection of activities that you can take part in including archery, ATVs and equestrian. The houses themselves are all exceptionally well designed, and many feature private swimming pools making them a popular choice with those looking to live in Pattaya. The idyllic location just adds to the attraction.
4. Nirvana Beyond @ Beach
Nirvana Beyond is located to the south of Pattaya in the Na Jomtien area. The properties are two-storey townhouses with just 22 family homes available. It is a fantastic location for families, and the village has some excellent communal facilities, including a large swimming pool, children’s pool and a play area. It is a quiet location but still with a 20-minute drive of Central Pattaya with several golf courses close by along with the stunning beaches as Na Jomtien and Bang Saray.
5. Greenfield Executive Homes
Greenfield Villas has long been regarded as one of the best developers in Pattaya. Their latest offering is the Greenfield Executive Homes Village. The village comprises of just 15 properties and is in the Nong Palai area of the city making it convenient for those looking to commute to either Bangkok or the Eastern Seaboard. The homes are all exquisitely designed and are sure to be extremely popular.
6. Mountain Village 2
Mountain Village 2 is situated close to the Silverlake Vineyard and “Buddha Mountain” to the south of Pattaya. It is a prestigious location, and the village consists of a wide range of different villas which have all been superbly finished. Central Pattaya, Jomtien and Bang Saray are all just a few minutes’ drive away from the village.
