Pattaya has accommodation available to suit all budgets and all tastes but often the properties that people really aspire to, are the luxury villas. Although you can find these types of property throughout the city, most of the exclusive villages can be found in East Pattaya. Here there is more greenery, more peace, and quiet as well as far more privacy than might be experienced in other areas.
1. Siam Royal View
Located at the very peak of Soi Khao Talo, Siam Royal View is a well establish village containing a wide selection of individual properties with the only thing in common being their colour. Each unique house, which must comply with specific criteria, offers stunning views looking back across Pattaya and Jomtien. The properties are spacious and would make great family homes in a development renowned for being excellently maintained and superbly landscaped gardens. It is a quiet location which is still with easy reach of Pattaya and Jomtien as well as the motorways for commuters.
3. Vineyard Phase 3
The Vineyard, Phase 3 is the latest installment from this reputable local developer known for the quality of their luxury villages. The village is located in the Pong area of Pattaya, close to Mabprachan Lake. All villas have large private pools and modern, state-of-the-art design and are incredibly spacious inside. The outside area is also designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. It is one of the reasons why these properties are so popular.
4. Sedona Villas
Again found in the Pong area, Sedona Villas is a modern village compromising of villas based on the design of properties in Arizona. It is a well-established village but still retains much appeal. There are five variations on the houses available, all of which are spacious and luxurious. It is a very well maintained and managed village and certainly one that deserves some consideration if you are looking at luxury villas in East Pattaya.
5. Greenfield Villas 5

The village is in Nong Palai, a quiet area of East Pattaya, close to the Highway 7 and major road links to Pattaya, Bangkok, and Rayong. 6. Whispering Palms (Horseshoe Point)
Horseshoe Point is home to the Horseshoe Point village and Whispering Palms and is close to the Mabprachan Lake. The community comprises of 21 luxury villas, many of which have private pools, nestled within a beautiful, tropical, well-maintained environment. The security is excellent, and the location is within easy traveling distance of Pattaya and Jomtien. The famous Siam Country Club is also just on the doorstep.
