Many of these villages are slightly older, but this also means that they are in prime locations, often towards the heart of the town. Here are just six of the best options that are available.
The Baan Chalita village is in North Pattaya and is hidden away behind the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. It is a medium-sized village with a wide range of properties available including bungalows and two-storey family homes. It is an ideal location for commuters due to its proximity to Sukhumvit Road.
Pattaya Lagoon is an older but still very popular village in South Pattaya. The village is very well maintained and has good communal facilities. It is a surprisingly quiet location considering its proximity to Pattaya with local markets and even entertainment venues all within walking distance. From this location, it is easy to get public transportation to other areas of Pattaya and Jomtien. Many of the properties represent excellent value for money.
Suksabai Villa is located just of Soi 15 Pattaya 3rd Road, close to the Land Office. It is an extensive development comprising of bungalows and two-storey properties. It is a quiet and secure village with good communal facilities. It is close to local amenities and getting to other areas of Pattaya and Jomtien is relatively straightforward.
Royal Park Village
Royal Park Village is in a fantastic location just off both Thepprasit Road and Thappraya Road and is actually hidden away with very few people knowing of its existence! There is an eclectic mix of properties in this village, so there will be something to suit everyone’s tastes. Dongtan Beach, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. It is also on a baht bus route making it easy to get to other areas of the city.
Baan Fah Rim Haad
Baan Fah Rim Haad is situated on Jomtien 2nd Road and is a well-established and well-maintain village. It is ideally located for Jomtien Beach and is close to all the necessary local amenities. It is easy to get to Pattaya or Sukhumvit Road from this location. The houses range in size and make ideal family homes. The village has good communal facilities and excellent security for your added peace of mind.
Avoca Gardens is located in the prestigious Pratamnak area of Pattaya and is a relatively small village. They have a selection of family homes ranging in size from small two-bedroom pool villas to huge mansions that would comfortably house even the largest of families.
