Jomtien has rapidly risen to be one of the most popular areas of Pattaya and, as a result, has been witness to several new condos developments in recent times. Jomtien does have a considerable amount of high-rise condos, but the vast majority are low-rise buildings. There is now a fantastic choice of condos in the area, so here are seven that we would like to highlight.
Laguna Beach Resort 1, 2 and 3
All of the three Laguna Beach Resorts adopt something of resort-style theme and are all located to the east of Jomtien 2nd Road. The condos are well designed and include many space-saving features which help to maximize the area available. These condos are perfect for families with children as there is plenty to keep them entertained, such as flumes and play areas.
Dusit Grand Park
The Dusit Group has built several new properties in the last few years, all of which have proved to be very popular. Dusit Grand Park is on Thepprasit Soi 9 and is one of the largest complexes in the area with over 1000 units available. This condo has a wide selection of units available, including studios right through to spacious four-bedroom units. The picturesque gardens are one of the property’s most appealing features.
The Amazon Residence
The Amazon Residence is located on Soi Watboon Kanchana and was completed back in 2014 but still retains significant appeal. The condo has studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units and is conveniently located for shops, restaurants, and bars. Onsite you will find a restaurant that serves European food which is ideal during the rainy season.
Paradise Park
Paradise Park was completed back in 2012 and represents excellent value for money, making it attractive for investors. Again located on Soi Watboon Kanchana and has a range of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units which vary in size. The communal facilities are very good and, like The Amazon, it is ideally located for local amenities.
Seven Seas Condo Resort
Seven Seas Condo Resort is located on Jomtien 2nd Road and is another of the themed condos so ideal for families. The complex was completed in 2017 and has studios, one and two-bedroom units available. Its location is perfect for local amenities, and Jomtien Beach is only a short walk away. The complex has excellent facilities, including onsite restaurants and massage facilities.
Acqua
Acqua is another of the condos located on Jomtien 2nd Road and has a very open feel with lots of greenery. It again has a resort-style feel but is more upmarket than some of the other options that are included on our list. Similar to other properties in the area, studios, one and two-bedroom units are available with the facilities being excellent.
Atlantis
Atlantis is located on Jomtien 2nd Road but closer to Soi Watboon Kanchana and like the majority of the other condos, has a theme. The giant pirate ship in the swimming pool is the main striking feature with this condo making it incredibly appealing for children. Units range in size from studios to two-bedroom units.
