Thai and international candidates
We hire Thai nationals and foreigners already based in Thailand. Work permits are arranged for eligible international agents.

Do I need real estate experience to apply?
No. Many of our best agents came from hospitality, retail or other sales roles. Sales experience, fluent English and a professional attitude are what we look for. We provide full training on the Pattaya property market, our listings and our systems.
Can foreigners work as real estate agents in Pattaya?
Yes, provided you are legally resident in Thailand. We hire both Thai and international agents and arrange a work permit where applicable. Thailand has no real estate licence requirement.
How much do real estate agents earn in Pattaya?

What languages do I need to speak?
